Minutes 3-4: Visualization
Imagine a bright, warm light filling your body. This light represents abundance, positivity, and clarity. Visualize it expanding, filling your entire being. See yourself surrounded by abundance, prosperity, and joy.
Minutes 5-6: Intention Setting
Repeat after me: 'I attract abundance and positivity into my life. I trust in my abilities and the universe's support.' Envision your desires manifesting, feeling the excitement and gratitude.
Minutes 7-8: Gratitude and Release
Reflect on things you're grateful for. Release any doubts, fears, or limitations. Allow yourself to receive abundance, knowing you deserve it.
Minutes 9-10: Affirmations and Closure
Repeat: 'I am worthy, capable, and deserving of manifestation.' Seal this intention with a deep breath. When you're ready, slowly open your eyes, feeling refreshed and empowered.
