One former Major at the Trinidad and Tobago Defence Force says it is hardly likely over 25,000 rounds of ammunition went missing from the army bunker at Cumuto and were not detected during inspection.
In fact he says it is premature for persons to make assumptions or jump to conclusions on this matter.
