Menendez brothers' lawyer seeks to have prosecutor disqualified from case
The lawyer for Erik and Lyle Menendez, who are in jail for the 1989 murder of their parents in a case that became the subject of a Netflix documentary, says he will file a motion seeking the recusal from the case of the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office. 'This man is not a victims’ rights advocate, he is a predator,' Menendez brothers’ lawyer Mark Geragos says of Los Angeles County District Attorney Nathan Hochman.
