Sambhal (UP), June 03, 2025 (ANI): Speaking on peace committee meeting ahead of the festival of 'Eid-al Adha' (Bakrid), Sambhal DM Rajender Pensiya on June 03 said that they told the representatives that 'Kurbani' should not take place in public. He also said that action will be taken against those who try to disrupt peace. “We held a meeting of the peace committee ahead of Bakrid. The representatives of the places where namaz will be offered also participated in the meeting. We told them that 'Kurbani' should not take place in public...The representatives assured us that namaz will be offered peacefully...Action will be taken against those who try to disrupt peace...,” said Rajender Pensiya.
