Bicol hosts hot air balloon festival
As soon as the sun goes up, paragliders and giant hot air balloons fly in the sky on the first day of the Bicol Loco Hot Air Balloons Festival in Legazpi City on June 14, 2025 at the old Legazpi City Domestic Airport. The Bicol Loco Hot Air Balloon Festival was a brain child project of Ako Bicol Partylist founder and first nominee Rep. Elizaldy S. Co and now being implemented by the Department of Tourism regional office in Bicol led by Director Herbie Aguas.
