Le député LFI Thomas Portes est renvoyé devant le tribunal correctionnel pour diffamation, à la suite d’un tweet contre le collectif juif Nous vivrons. Ce collectif, créé au lendemain des attaques terroristes du Hamas contre Israël le 7 octobre 2023, a porté plainte avec constitution de partie civile en juin 2024 contre l’élu. En cause : un tweet du député publié le 14 mai 2024 en réaction au portrait de Sarah Aizenman, porte-parole du collectif, dans le quotidien « Libération ».
