President of the Steelworkers Union, Timothy Bailey, is calling for legislative reform to prevent a repeat of the challenges faced by workers in the ongoing Arcelor Mittal liquidation.
He says stronger protections are needed to ensure workers are not left empty handed in future corporate shutdowns.
