Hyderabad, July 10, 2025(ANI): Hyderabad Cricket Association (HCA) officer bearers, including its president Jagan Mohan Rao, taken into custody by CID last night for questioning into allegations of a ticket scam during IPL 2025 at the Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium. Srinivas Rao, CEO Sunil Kante, General Secretary Rajender Yadav and his wife Kavita have been taken in for questioning. "It is disturbing... The (Hyderabad Cricket Association) should intervene and take the matter seriously... The game is always bigger than those who play it or run it... They haven't done anything for Cricket," said former captain of the Indian cricket team & Congress leader, Mohammed Azharuddin, on HCA officer bearers, including its president Jagan Mohan Rao, taken into custody by CID for allegations of ticket scam during IPL 2025.
