PNP chief jogs in the rain
Philippine National Police Chief Nicanort Torre III jogs in the rain, making 10 rounds around the Camp Crame oval in Quezon City on July 25, 2025. Torre is training ahead of his much-anticipated bout against Davao City Acting Mayor Sebastian Duterte, son of former president Rodrigo Duterte. The PNP chief accepted the challenge from Duterte who said he was strong only in name but had nothing to show for in terms of physical strength. Torre even suggested that the match be a fund raiser for the flood victims.
