The Transport Ministry will no longer grant approvals for the issuance and sale of special registration number plates intended to benefit any company, individual, or non-governmental organisation (NGO).
Deputy Transport Minister Datuk Hasbi Habibollah said the decision was made based on a Cabinet directive from 2022.
