Watch as an ambitious human flag attempt goes hilariously wrong!
Jenna Knörrich over-rotates during the move and crashes sideways instead of holding the position.
Initially thinking she just stubbed her toe, the real pain hits when she checks her hands.
A ripped callus leaves her wincing!
She said: “In this video, I wanted to do a human flag, but because I used too much momentum I fall to the side.
"At first I thought I just stubbed my toe, but when I finally look at my hands, I realise that I ripped my callus, which was really painful”
