ATO challenges tax offset claims made by poultry producer Ingham’s

One of Australia’s best-known brands has been accused of ripping off taxpayers. Chicken producer Ingham’s is in a six-year dispute with the tax office for claiming more than 50-million dollars in incentives for research and development.
