The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said most of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies on Monday, Aug. 18, with scattered rains expected later in the week over parts of Visayas and Mindanao due to the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ).
