The money covers a wide range of containers provided under its waste contract with Suez — including standard black wheelie bins, green recycling boxes, food waste caddies, and those big blue bags for plastics and cans. In total, the council expects to supply up to sixty-eight thousand six hundred and forty new or replacement bins by April next year
