A UN report has confirmed famine in parts of Gaza, with nearly a quarter of the population facing starvation. UN aid chief Tom Fletcher blamed Israel’s blockade, but also called it ‘the world's famine’. ‘Everyone owns this… we've watched it happen in real time’.
