A 32-year-old man was killed in Delhi’s Samaypur Badli after being hit and dragged by a car driven by a 16-year-old minor late Saturday, August 23. Police said the teenager suddenly swerved, ramming into the victim who became trapped under the vehicle and was dragged several metres before it halted.
