From morning till night, Taiwan’s women’s tug-of-war team underwent grueling training sessions, including explosive power exercises, endurance work and grip-strength development. Ultimately, the team nabbed its sixth consecutive gold in the women’s 500-kilogram at the 2025 World Games in Chengdu, China, defeating Switzerland in the final round.
