Chinese President Xi Jinping told leaders attending the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) Plus Summit in Tianjin on Monday (Sept 1) to reject the Cold War mentality and pressed his vision for a new global security and economic order.
Xi was hosting more than 20 leaders of non-Western countries, including Malaysia at the two-day summit.
