Police will step up security for state royalty and leaders following the recent incident involving the Sultan of Perak, Sultan Nazrin Muizzuddin Shah.
Inspector-General of Police Datuk Seri Mohd Khalid Ismail said enhanced measures will include specialised bodyguard training, incorporating tactics from the Unit Tindak Khas and commandos.
