A sheep tangled and struggling in the water was dramatically rescued when a passer-by leapt into the lake to save it.
The rescuer, 56-year-old Darren from Derbyshire, UK, was visiting Chatsworth Estate, UK with his wife Jane Morton.
The video, filmed by Jane, shows Darren wading in and freeing the distressed animal with the help of three nearby strangers.
No one was injured in the incident.
Jane described her husband as “a real life hero” and said this wasn’t the first time she had seen him step in to save animals.
Jane said: “He felt bad for the sheep as it had been struggling a while.
“He is always the first to help people and animals.
