UP Outsourcing Karmchariyon को Yogi का बड़ा तोहफा, अब 3 साल की Job Guarantee! क्या हैं नए नियम और कैसे बदलेगी लाखों कर्मचारियों की जिंदगी? उत्तर प्रदेश में लाखों आउटसोर्स कर्मचारियों के लिए योगी सरकार ने बड़ा फैसला लिया है। अब सरकारी विभागों में आउटसोर्स कर्मी 3 साल तक अपनी सेवा दे सकेंगे, जिसके बाद उनका रिन्यूवल किया जा सकेगा। पहले यह अनुबंध सिर्फ एक साल का होता था। मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ की अध्यक्षता में हुई कैबिनेट बैठक में उत्तर प्रदेश आउटसोर्स सेवा निगम के गठन को मंजूरी दी गई है। यह कदम आउटसोर्सिंग सेवाओं को अधिक पारदर्शी, सुरक्षित और जवाबदेह बनाने के लिए उठाया गया है।
नई व्यवस्था में कर्मचारियों को वेतन के अलावा पीएफ (EPF) और कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा निगम (ESI) की सुविधा भी मिलेगी। इतना ही नहीं, विभाग अब आउटसोर्सिंग एजेंसियों का चयन सीधे नहीं कर पाएंगे। इन एजेंसियों का चयन उत्तर प्रदेश आउटसोर्स सेवा निगम जेम पोर्टल (GeM Portal) के माध्यम से करेगा। इस फैसले से कर्मचारियों के हितों की रक्षा होगी और उन्हें पूरा हक मिल सकेगा। एससी, एसटी, ओबीसी, EWS, दिव्यांगजन, भूतपूर्व सैनिक और महिलाओं को नियमानुसार आरक्षण का लाभ मिलेगा, साथ ही महिलाओं को मैटरनिटी लीव (Matenity Leave) की सुविधा भी मिलेगी।
