Marco Rubio Announces Foreign Terrorist Organization Designations For Two Ecuadorian Gangs

On Thursday, Secretary of State Marco Rubio announced that Los Choneros and Los Lobos, two Ecuadorian gangs, will be designated as Foreign Terrorist Organizations.
