Prosecutors To Appeal TPP Founder Ko Wen-je's Release On Bail

Prosecutors in Taipei say they will appeal the release on bail of former Taipei mayor and Taiwan People's Party founder Ko Wen-je. Ko had been detained incommunicado for a year on charges of corruption and embezzlement.
