Episode 4 Summary:
A massive serpent emerges from the still waters of the lake, striking with terrifying speed as it seizes a helpless gazelle. But in that brutal moment, the predator spots another presence—her. The girl freezes for an instant, heart pounding, before the monster lunges from the water, its enormous coils tearing across the ground in pursuit. Panic surges through her veins as she sprints for her life, every thunderous impact of the serpent’s body shaking the earth behind her.
Weakened by days without food or water, her strength begins to falter. Realizing she cannot outrun the beast, she makes a desperate stand. Spinning around, she snatches up a heavy stone, her knuckles white as she hurls it with every ounce of strength left in her body. The rock whistles through the air, aimed squarely at the creature’s skull.
But the serpent does not flinch. With a deafening snap of its monstrous jaws, it crushes the stone into fragments mid-flight, scattering shards across the ground. The girl’s hope shatters with it, as the towering beast slides closer, hunger gleaming in its cold, unblinking eyes...
