A Korean Air chartered flight carrying 316 South Koreans and 14 other foreign nationals landed at Incheon International Airport on Friday (Sept 12), after a week of intense negotiations by Seoul to secure their release.
The workers had been detained in handcuffs and shackles — scenes that sparked outrage in South Korea, a key U.S. ally.
