Salad Nicoise - Amazingly Delicious & Easy Salad!
Easy Salad Niçoise That Will Wow Everyone!
I had this on a trip to Nice back in 2010 and have been in love ever since! It's super simple and just a matter of putting ingredients together!
The Dressing:
Anchovies
Romaine Lettuce
Olive Oil
Balsamic Vinegar
Worcestershire Sauce
Pepper
Can of High Quality Tuna (or Broiled fish like swordfish, tuna steak, salmon)
Boiled Potatoes in Olive Oil w Sea Salt & Pepper
Steamed Green Beans
Hardboiled Eggs You can add Garbanzo Beans/Chick Peas, Olives, Tomatoes if you'd like!
