Defence treaty between Australia and PNG has not been signed

The Prime Minister is yet to sign a much-vaunted security treaty with Papua New Guinea. Anthony Albanese had been expected to put pen to paper during the independence celebrations. But Papua New Guinea's is still considering the document.
