Thames Valley Police said four people had been arrested for a “public stunt” where visuals of US President Donald Trump, Britain's Prince Andrew and the late convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein were projected onto the walls of Windsor Castle on Sept 16 night ahead of Trump's working visit to the United Kingdom.
