Bank of England leaves interest rates unchanged at 4%

The Bank of England said members of the Bank’s Monetary Policy Committee (MPC) voted 7-2 to keep rates on hold at 4%.
Two policymakers, Swati Dhingra and Alan Taylor, were outvoted in calling for a quarter point cut to 3.75%.
