In a shock announcement the Premier's two most senior ministers are calling time on their political careers. The Deputy Premier Susan Close and Treasurer Stephen Mulligan have stepped down from cabinet and will quit politics at the next election. The resignations have caused a cabinet reshuffle six months before South Australians are due to go to the polls.
