Central Visayas workers' minimum wage to increase under 3-year plan
Central Visayas minimum wage will increase under a three-year plan to help workers surpass the poverty threshold. Jennifer Carisma Bretaña, regional director of the Department of Economy, Planning, and Development (DEPdev 7) and co-vice chairman of the Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board, said the raise balanced workers’ needs and employers’ capacity.
