A 35-year-old man, Keenan Williams, allegedly hid in the shrubbery outside his ex-girlfriend’s home in Lithonia, Georgia, for hours before ambushing and fatally shooting her new boyfriend, Cole Pitter, at the doorstep. Prosecutors say Williams carried out the attack in the early morning hours after lying in wait. He has been charged with malice murder and related offenses and remains in custody as the case moves forward.
