Hurricane Gabrielle is rapidly intensifying in the Atlantic with winds already at 90 mph — and it could become a major hurricane within days. While it's expected to stay away from land, dangerous rip currents and life-threatening surf are heading toward the U.S. East Coast.
But Gabrielle isn’t alone. Two more tropical systems are forming — one could become the next named storm (Humberto or Imelda), while the other could bring heavy rain and wind to the Leeward Islands.
