The President of the T&T Scrap Iron Dealers Association alleges to have been offered 5 million US dollars by foreigners for his scrap yard.
The claim was made at a Press Conference, where several entities stood in solidarity with TTSIDA, calling on the government to take action that will see the scrap metal industry get back on its feet.
