Dizon to district engineers, regional directors: 'I will wipe you out if necessary'
Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Secretary Vince Dizon warns district engineers and regional directors that they will be 'wiped out' if 'it is necessary to wipe them out.' Dizon issued the statement during an inspection of the ₱96.5-million revetment project at Jose Abad Santos, Davao Occidental on Sept. 25, 2025.
