The Putrajaya monorail bridge, which has been abandoned for over 20 years, will be repurposed as a pedestrian walkway and cycling path starting January 2026, says Minister in the Prime Minister's Department (Federal Territories) Datuk Seri Dr Zaliha Mustafa.
She also directed authorities to revitalise the Moroccan Pavilion at the Botanical Gardens under the “Baukultur” concept to attract more visitors and boost the local economy.
