On Sept. 9, ICE agents raided Rafie Ollah Shouhed’s car wash business. During the raid, video shows a federal agent running through a hallway and knocking Shouhed to the ground. The 79-year-old U.S. citizen has now filed civil rights claims against the federal government for $50 million after being injured during an ICE raid at his business.
