US authorities on Sept 29 said they are working to determine what led to a deadly attack a day before at a Grand Blanc church in Michigan, where a man drove a pickup truck through the doors during services, opened fire and set the building ablaze before dying in a shootout with police.
Five people were killed, including the suspect, and eight others were injured.
