Palestinians in Central Gaza and residents living in Israel's Tel Aviv said on Saturday (Oct 4) they are happy and hope that the Israel-Hamas war will end for good after Hamas agreed to release hostages and accept other terms in a 20-point plan brokered by the United States to end the war.
US President Donald Trump had also reportedly called for a halt to the bombing in Gaza following the latest development.
