Netherlands Takes Control of Chinese-Owned Chipmaker Nexperia

The Dutch government has invoked the Goods Availability Act to take control of Nexperia, a Chinese-owned chipmaker based in the Netherlands, to secure Europe’s supply of chips used in cars and consumer electronics.
