Central Land Council chief executive Lesley Turner is suing Northern Territory senator Jacinta Nampijinpa Price for defamation after her office published a press release calling for him to resign. Court documents reveal Mr Turner offered to settle the claim for $60,000 plus legal costs in the months prior to the case reaching trial.
