The Rise And Fall Of Grandview Neurology: The Needs Of Disabled Patients Were Repeatedly Ignored

As more patient reviews trickle in, a picture of the situation that existed inside Grandview Medical Group Neurology in the months leading up to a recent exodus of doctors & staff is becoming clearer.

A caregiver for their hearing impaired sister writes in a review posted from 2024: A request for a interpreter for a visit with Dr. Stephen Suggs was initially denied. This is despite the fact that it is standing state law supported by the American Disability Act that the medical provider must facilitate this. The reviewer left numerous phone messages were with office manager "RONNIE" by case worker Shawn who was ensuring compliance that the interpreter would be provided. Calls were not returned and reportedly the caseworker had to visit the Grandview neurology suite in-person to finally arrange this.

I also had an interaction with "RONNIE" of this office (in a recorded telephone call which can be heard in this video) who was using a pseudonym / false name with the full backing & permission of the medical doctors in this office (millionaires who went to college for close to 10 years to do their jobs). My request for a first and last name was denied and I was hung up on rudely when I exposed her scheme. Anonymous mouthpieces like Ronnie were used to talk to patients about brain related medical issues which may cost several hundreds of thousands of dollars or millions to treat.

I believe I am blacklisted by Grandview after I called out MD Kyle Hudgens for choosing not give me service as a patient and customer after paying $300 cash because I revealed my self-pay / no insurance status AND told him I was misdiagnosed by referring MDs / showed him several inch diameter injury visible in my head MRI/CT/XRAY images AND the reports where I was misdiagnosed that stated I had no injuries present in the same images. Hudgens foolishly suggested I do range of motion neck exercises (!?) in print records (my foramen magnum may have been fractured - also visible in images (SEE VIDEO)).

Hudgens should have been a MD of adequate skill to assess my condition but simply stated he could not explain my pain. He foolishly recommended I do range of motion exercises (I may have fractured the foramen magnum of my skull - SEE IMAGES). This MD also withheld medical records in a formal request (HIPAA) - I REQUESTED EVERYTHING - BUT what is listed as "Form 6/12" was not given to me.

Neurologist Kyle Hudgens of Grand View Neurology (Affinity Physician Services) (located off highway 280, Birmingham, Alabama). 6/12/19 visit following a referral in May from American Family Care (despite the radiologist there noting no abnormality, a cloudy oval several inches in diameter appeared in standard x-ray images near the basilar area of my skull / my left side). I paid $256 for this Grandview Neurology (Affinity Physician Services LLC) Kyle Hudgens M.D. visit. The doctor engaged in too much irrelevant small talk.
