Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky addressed recent questions about weapons production, frontline visits and the forthcoming Enlargement Pact report. He said he met troops near Dobropillia and that the Enlargement Pact update will arrive “tomorrow or the day after tomorrow.” On missiles and drones, Zelensky stressed Ukraine is “doing very well” in production and deployment. He named systems including Flamingo, Ruta, Palianytsia, Peklo and Neptune, and said Neptune is already in mass production while newer missiles and missile drones are being used in recent strikes.

Zelensky declined to give exact quantities, saying “I won’t tell you the quantity” for specific systems, but reiterated expectations of mass production by the end of this year. He also acknowledged public interest in interceptors and confirmed ongoing work without detailed disclosure. The president framed recent Ukrainian strikes on Russian energy infrastructure as a significant, visible response to attacks on Ukraine’s energy sector.
