Media platforms Reddit and Kick have been added to Australia’s social media ban for under 16s. The ban is due to start on December 10 with Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube and X, already included. Platforms that fail to take reasonable steps to prevent under 16s holding accounts could face fines of up to 49- million dollars.
