A raccoon is lucky to be alive thanks to a couple of bystanders. Elizabeth Heffron and William DeLeo, who appeared to be walking on a pier, spotted the raccoon trying to stay afloat in the waters below them, according to Associated Press. They captured the animal on footage struggling to find his way in the water. At the start of the clip, the couple could be heard laughing as they took in the odd sight before them. However, it wasn’t long before they became worried as Heffron could be heard asking, “Do you think he’s okay?”
