Bryson was riding his electric scooter on the shoulder of Macquarie Road at Warners Bay at 5.30pm on July 28, 2023 when he was struck by a Ford Falcon and left for dead. Years on, driver Jaycob Gemza has admitted to causing the crash and pleaded guilty to dangerous driving occasioning death.
