A former executive director of the Kuala Lumpur City Hall or DBKL pleaded not guilty at a Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court on Friday (Nov 7) to a charge of receiving a RM50,000 bribe from an individual.
Mohamad Hamim alias Mohamed Kamaruddin was accused of receiving the bribe in his capacity as a public servant from the individual, with whom he has official work relations in DBKL.
