Apple ‘will disable iPhone-Apple Watch Wi-Fi sharing with iOS 26.2 in the EU’

Apple will reportedly disable automatic Wi-Fi syncing between iPhone and Apple Watch in the EU with iOS 26.2, a move seen as compliance with - and quiet resistance to - the bloc’s new interoperability rules under the Digital Markets Act.
