Malaysia will welcome a new pair of giant pandas to Zoo Negara in mid-November under a renewed 10-year agreement with China, said Deputy Natural Resources and Environmental Sustainability Minister Datuk Seri Huang Tiong Sii.
He said the 2025–2035 arrangement reflects strong bilateral ties and continued collaboration in panda conservation and breeding research.
