A fiery moment in the House Rules Committee hearing stunned Washington as Rep. Jim McGovern (D–Massachusetts) accused Republican leaders of blocking the swearing-in of Arizona’s first Latina congresswoman, allegedly because she supported releasing the Jeffrey Epstein files.
